About This Project

The Bazaleti Land masterplan is one of Georgia’s most ambitious mixed-use developments, spanning 221 hectares (2 million square meters) near the scenic Bazaleti Lake, just a short drive from Tbilisi. Envisioned as a vibrant lakeside community, the project integrates residential, commercial, and recreational zones within a landscape of fertile terrain ideal for afforestation and ecological preservation.
