About This Project

The Garden Villas in York Town, Tabakhmela, represent a new standard of suburban living in Georgia, combining modern architecture with expansive green landscapes. Part of a 100,000-square-meter masterplan where only 20% is allocated for construction, the villas are designed to offer privacy, comfort, and ecological harmony. Surrounded by curated gardens and panoramic views of Tbilisi, each villa is crafted with environmentally friendly materials and a refined architectural language that reflects York Towers’ commitment to sustainable development. The landscape design emphasizes recreational zones, pedestrian pathways, and native vegetation, creating a serene and family-friendly environment that elevates the residential experience in one of Tbilisi’s most promising districts.
