About This Project

The I Sector in Tbilisi Hills is a meticulously landscaped residential zone that exemplifies the development’s commitment to ecological harmony and refined living. Covering a land area of 12,600 square meters, the sector features a carefully curated landscape with over 380 planted species, supported by an advanced automatic and drip irrigation system. The design emphasizes minimal intervention and biodiversity, with land leveling, grass seeding, and native planting strategies that preserve the natural terrain while enhancing its aesthetic and environmental value. As part of the broader Tbilisi Hills masterplan, the I Sector reflects a thoughtful integration of architecture and nature, offering residents a tranquil and sustainable living environment
