About This Project

Located in the historic Ortachala district, ibis Tbilisi City by Archi marks a significant milestone in Georgia’s hospitality landscape as the first collaboration between Archi and Accor. Designed to embody the ethos of next-generation urban hotels, the four-star property features 156 elegantly appointed rooms, multifunctional conference spaces, and a vibrant bar-restaurant, all tailored to meet the needs of both leisure and business travelers. With a total investment of 45 million GEL, the project reflects Archi’s commitment to elevating international hospitality standards in Tbilisi. The hotel’s contemporary design, curated interiors, and seamless integration into the city’s cultural fabric position it as a benchmark for modern, accessible luxury in the region.
