Situated on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, the Mövenpick Kobuleti Resort by Archi, designed in collaboration with Chapman Taylor, is a sophisticated vertical hospitality development that merges international design excellence with the natural charm of Kobuleti. The project introduces 120 luxury rooms and suites within a high-rise structure, offering panoramic sea views and direct access to the region’s mineral-rich beaches. With a focus on wellness, gastronomy, and family-friendly experiences, the resort includes a spa, pools, fitness facilities, and curated dining venues. The design reflects a seamless integration of Swiss hospitality standards with the cultural and environmental context of coastal Georgia, setting a new benchmark for resort architecture in the region.
