Tbilisi Hills Clubhouse is a landmark architectural intervention that anchors Georgia’s first professional golf community with a refined and multifunctional social hub. Set within a 1,600-square-meter site overlooking the rolling terrain of Tbilisi Hills, the clubhouse blends Dutch design sensibility with the Georgian landscape, offering a warm and elegant space for gathering, recreation, and wellness. Its spatial composition fosters connectivity among club members and guests, while its material palette and form reflect a deep respect for the surrounding nature. As the first multifunctional golf clubhouse in the country, the project sets a precedent for leisure architecture in Georgia, combining international design excellence with local ambition.
