Set against the tranquil backdrop of Sioni Lake, Le Méridien Lake Resort by Archi is a refined fusion of luxury hospitality and nature-inspired architecture. The resort’s design celebrates the fluidity of water and the serenity of its surroundings, offering a curated experience of leisure, wellness, and cultural sophistication. With its elegant spatial composition, locally rooted materials, and seamless integration into the lakeside landscape, the project redefines resort living in Georgia. The masterplan includes a five-star Le Méridien hotel, fully serviced apartments, and 25 private villas, all designed to blend harmoniously with the natural terrain. The architecture, developed in collaboration with Chapman Taylor Madrid, emphasizes sustainability through the use of energy-efficient Ytong blocks, low-emission glass, and decorative wooden elements. These materials not only reduce environmental impact but also enhance the aesthetic connection to the surrounding forest and lake. Guests and residents enjoy access to a wide range of amenities: over 2,500 sq.m. of indoor and outdoor pools, a water park, a winter hot pool, and a 3,000 sq.m. spa and wellness center. The resort also features five restaurants, a bar, a lounge, and cafés, as well as a banquet hall for 550 guests, conference facilities, and a rooftop terrace. Outdoor attractions include a 3 km lakeside boulevard with walking and cycling paths, sports courts, a helipad, a fishing area, and even a zip line. Located just 50 km from Tbilisi and near the Tbilisi National Park, the resort is positioned as a year-round destination. The Sioni Le Méridien Masterplan is not only a hospitality project—it is a vision for sustainable, immersive, and elevated living in one of Georgia’s most scenic regions..
