About This Project

York Town Lisi, is a residential masterplan that reimagines suburban living in Tbilisi through a fusion of nature, privacy, and architectural refinement. Located near Lisi Lake and bordered by forested terrain, the project comprises eight premium-class villas designed to offer panoramic views of the capital and a tranquil lifestyle just minutes from the city center. Each villa spans approximately 300 square meters across three floors, with summer terraces, auxiliary spaces, and private parking. The masterplan emphasizes ecological sensitivity, using high-quality materials and eco-friendly systems, while maintaining a low-density footprint that ensures peace, isolation, and investment value.
