About This Project

York Town in Tabakhmela is a visionary masterplan by York Towers that redefines suburban living through a sustainable and multifunctional approach. Spanning 100,000 square meters at an elevation of 1,200 meters above sea level, the development allocates only 20% of its area for construction, preserving the remaining landscape for green and recreational spaces. The masterplan features a diverse mix of villas, duplexes, and apartments, all designed with environmentally friendly materials and panoramic views of Tbilisi’s natural surroundings. Amenities include sports fields, wellness centers, children’s play areas, a shopping mall, and Georgia’s largest dancing fountain, supported by advanced infrastructure such as water treatment facilities and energy-efficient systems. York Town exemplifies a holistic model of community planning, where ecology, comfort, and innovation converge to create a vibrant and healthy living environment.
